Chicken with Gorgonzola sauce

This Sunday I decided to  cook one of my favorite recipes , Chicken with Gorgonzola Sauce, a perfect Italian taste for the beginning of this fall:

It's relatively easy to prepare , you just need to use the following ingredients:

-500 g Chicken Breast ( or boneless legs)
-100g Fresh Champignon Mushrooms
-200g Gorgonzola 
-50g butter
-250g Cream
- salt
-freshly ground pepper
(and other Italian Spices to make your dish taste perfect)

Cook the chicken  and the mushrooms on the grill ,and for the sauce ,  melt the butter in a separate pan (on low heat), after which you will need to add the Gorgonzola cheese to melt (this needs to be cut in small parts first) . When the cheese is melted, we add the Cream and the spices, and keep it on the heat for 5-10 more minutes.

Then Just mix the sauce with the meat and the mushrooms.As a garnish we can choose Polenta or Mashed Potatoes 

Time for cooking is 30-40 minutes and the taste.....well....figure it out yourselves :)
