Home cooking

Today  I cooked a mediterranean recipe, just to remind me of the summer days that are allmost gone, Beer-battered fried calamari rings ...it is actually a receipe from Jamie Oliver, but in the end it turned to be really tasty next to the horseradish sauce.



It takes about an hour to cook 500 g of calamari , and for the batter only use 1 egg, 250 g flower and 250 ml beer...do not forget the salt and pepper ....how simple is that :)
